At one time, this attractive Grade One listed building dating from about 1700 was a Temperance Hotel. Further along the Mappleton Road is also the Wild Hive at Callow Hall, where fine dining can be had. There are plenty of public footpaths with the River Dove only few hundred metres away and the Tissington trail being nearby.
