What is your experience?
I grew up in the building industry, explored and worked on many houses throughout my childhood, along side my father and his building/plastering business. Fun fact(!)… my name is written on many chimney tops throughout Tamworth and Lichfield.
I officially entered the real estate world from the age of 18 and instantly fell in love. From selling houses to renovations – Its my truest from of passion!
The best part of your job?
The most rewarding part for me is to be able to encourage and guide people alongside their journey, To build strong lasting relationships with my clients.
Top tip for buyer or seller?
I always say “Buy the worst house, On the best street” Put you stamp on somewhere, make your money double, from buying correctly!!
For selling your property…Don’t underestimate how much correct lighting can change your space!!
Dream Home:
My dream home…. Detached, private drive, land, surrounded by trees and the beauty of nature. A large barn conversion with the comfort of a rustic, cottage, Wysteria framing the front of the property, Cotswold brick, detached double garage, a garden full of David Austin roses leading to an exquisite outdoor kitchen area…. and most importantly a hidden library with a rolling ladder!!
