EXCLUSIVE LITTLEOVER HOMES LAUNCH THIS WEEK

1

One of Derby’s newest and most successful residential property companies is launching its latest development in an exclusive part of Littleover this weekend.

John German and Ivygrove Homes will be hosting an open viewing of Stephenson Gardens this
Saturday 8th July between 10am and 12noon.
The select development is located within the catchment area of the Littleover Community School and within walking distance of Derby High School and Derby Grammar School. The development offers just fourteen, spacious properties including four, five and six-bedroom homes.
Set in private, mature gardens around Old Hall, Littleover, a Victorian Mansion built in 1891, it has been named Stephenson Gardens. This came about after a stone coat of arms was found in the gardens bearing the name of British Engineer George Stephenson. The houses in Stephenson Gardens are appropriately named after famous old railway stations.
Ivygrove Homes director, Nick Blount, said:
“We are delighted and excited at the way this development is coming together. The location is not only desirable in its position within the Littleover village but also the very site itself with the housing set within an attractive woodland environment with fantastic views of the Old Hall itself, gives it a unique and tranquil feel.
“This setting, together with the individual designed homes and generous gardens built to the highest standards, creates a perfect living environment where people wish to live. This is very rare in new developments these days.”
The Ivygrove Group is an established family run group of business’s which includes the building of prestigious commercial and residential developments across Derbyshire and the Midlands. Its residential property building company, Ivygrove Homes, was formed in 2018 creating exclusive developments in Duffield and Darley Abbey.
