Planning permission was given for three properties, however please note we are only selling a plot for one of the three properties. We have seen sight of communication from Stafford Borough Council that they have confirmed that there is sufficient evidence to demonstrate that works commenced within the 3 years time frame from Planning Permission 08/09667/FUL and the latter permission of 11/154674/EXTF. The work started on the site is not appertaining to this particular plot.

The land is situated off a private drive between number 2 and 2a Rickerscote Avenue.
