There is no mains drainage or electricity connected to the property. Prospective Purchasers should make such enquiries as necessary to establish the availability and suitability of all services.

Whilst viewing the property particular care should be taken and at all times children must be supervised by an adult. Parts of the buildings may be unsafe and there are undergound water/drainage tanks adjoining the stone Barn and mine shafts on the land.
