The Outline Planning Permission is for 11 dwellings comprising 9 two storey dwellings and two single storey dwellings. Design, size, materials etc to be dealt with under reserved matters.

Our clients have a further approximate 3 acres of land to the rear of the site (without planning consent) however they may be prepared to enter into an option agreement (precise terms to be agreed).
Our clients will also retain a right of access over the new road when constructed which will allow them or another party access to the 3 acres of land to the rear.
