Day 1 - VIEWINGS BOOKED
As soon as the team had the instruction to sell the property, their first job was to get in touch with registered buyers; the ones they knew would be interested in this style of property and would also be able to move fast. So after making a few phone calls, viewings were booked.
Day 2 – UNDER OFFER IN JUST 24 HOURS
Following the viewings, a couple came forward to make an offer. The sales team qualified the buyers (checked that they were financially able to purchase the property) and encouraged them to offer the best price. After some negotiation, an acceptable offer was made and the house was placed under offer!
Day 2 to 9 – SALES PROGRESSION UNDERWAY
Once the sale had been agreed the dedication and experience of the Ashby sales team shone through. They maintained constant contact with the seller, the buyer and the solicitors to ensure the sales progression continued with momentum.
Day 10 – MOVING DAY!!
All the hard work paid off!! The property exchanged and completed on the same day, just 10 working days after being placed on the market!
