"I would like to commend you on your excellent service, I have been in touch with several estate agents over the last few weeks and you are most definitely the best to deal with. Many of them in fact haven't returned my calls or contacted me at all. If I ever require additional services in the future or know of anyone who does, I will be sure to recommend you."
