"Seeing the kids grow up here has been an absolute pleasure. The garden is a personal favourite of ours; with it just being shy of half an acre, there's plenty of space for the children and dog to play in. The plot is gated and fenced all round, making it really safe, with no chance of the dog escaping!" says Dawn, the owner of Cherry Orchards, Rosliston Road South in Drakelow.
Dawn adds: "When we first viewed this house we both felt it had a lovely feel to it, homely and relaxing and we noticed how private it was once through the gates; most of our friends and visitors comment on this too. One other thing we love is how convenient the house is situated. We are in a wonderful rural setting but close to amenities and very good schools, my sons went to Walton on Trent and Rosliston both village primary schools just down the lane.
Robert Sutton and John Taylor secondary schools are also nearby. If you want shopping, take your pick from Burton, Lichfield, Tamworth or Derby. Lovely walks in the country can be found just down the road at the Rosliston Forestry Centre and there are plenty of other pretty villages around to enjoy too."

"Although I would love to stay here, the business has really taken off which at the moment leaves me with very little time to see my horses, so ideally I need somewhere with a bit more land to keep them at home. With the boys moving out, we think now is the time for us to move on to somewhere new, although we will miss the house dearly." Dawn concluded.
