Matt previously worked at the Burton and Stafford offices of John German for a total of 12 years and following a brief period of time away has now returned to work in Uttoxeter.
As well as knowing the company, Matt has the added advantage of knowing Uttoxeter extremely well, having been brought up on the family farm in Leigh and attending Windsor Park Middle School then Thomas Alleynes High School, he has lived in Uttoxeter for most of his adult life.
"The chance to rejoin John German as the Branch Manager here in my home town was an opportunity I could not resist" said Matt. "I believe the town has changed massively over the past few years with the investment in it's amenities and with Waitrose opening in the near future and the planned residential development, it can only grow and attract more people to the town."
Since opening in 2004, the Uttoxeter office has firmly established itself as one of the leading estate agents in the town selling a range of properties from town houses to country residences and with John German now having 10 offices across the Midlands all working together, Matt is determined to continue the success the previous manager, David Woodcock, enjoyed.
"Now David has moved to manage our offices in Loughborough and East Leake, I want to build on everything he has done to date and maintain John German's and my own personal high standards of customer service. I'm a strong believer in treating people as I would wish to be treated myself and the highly experienced professional team here are also of the same mind" commented Matt.
