Landlord Survey Prize Draw Winner

We always strive to provide a first class service to our clients and in order to measure how well we are doing we asked our landlord clients to complete a short on-line survey just before Christmas.

We were delighted with many of the very positive comments we received about our staff and statistical information we received on our service levels. 86% of the respondents said they would definitely recommend John German. We also gained valuable information about how our landlords perceive their portfolios and future investment.

Inevitably the survey results also showed up some areas where there is room for improvement and we have taken these comments on board to be addressed.

As a "thank you" for taking part in the survey, each response was entered into a prize draw with a prize of £250 worth of M & S vouchers. The lucky winner was Mr Ian Giles who called in to the West Bridgford office where Senior Lettings Manager Carla Jackson presented him with the vouchers.

We wish to thank all of our clients who took the time to participate in the survey and hope that when we undertake this exercise again in the future we will have even better results.
