Di Heeley, Lettings Office Manager for John German in Ashby, can look back on 2011 as another successful year. 

“Growth over the year in the management portfolio of 13% has been achieved by a lot of hard work,” reflected Diane. 

“We have a dedicated team at John German who know that clients are trusting us to look after one of their most valuable assets.”

“My colleagues give great back up service and together we strive to get properties let quickly at the best possible rentals.” 

“One of the best statistics last year,” continued Diane, “was the very low level of rent arrears which comes from carefully selecting the best possible tenants.”

“I am expecting another busy year in and around Ashby and look forward to helping even more people with their property investments” concluded Diane.
